The uglier and more unloved property the better. It’s time to revitalise the many brownfield properties in our nation and bring them back to market creating more homes and a greater level of housing sustainability.

A time served joiner of over 15 years, Julian is experienced in drawing up specifications and delivering renovation projects. He has completed commercial and domestic renovations and is experienced in managing projects from concept to completion. Has been responsible for over half a million pounds worth of charity assets & has well-established relationships with key local trades.
